Biography
Attentive and detail-oriented medical doctor with over 20 years experience, I have experience in both administrative and clinical duties and a true passion for helping people in the health profession. A well-presented, self-motivated and confident medical graduate who has extensive knowledge of how to successfully assess the medial needs of patients and then develop and implement suitable treatment plans for them. After the first visit to the ATA conference in 1999 (USA, Salt Lake City) began to implement telemedicine projects in Ukraine. In September 1999 the first time in Ukraine, he implement videoconferencing between Kyiv and Ternopil on ISDN technology. Since 2000, he introduced distance-learning education in Ternopil Medical University. Oral speaker at Telemedicine Conferenses in USA (2016, 2018), Belorussia (2018), Kazakhstan (2019).
